The service
YourSaleMate provides tools to build, train, and deploy AI agents that answer questions, recommend products, capture leads, and book meetings on your behalf. We may update or improve features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to send spam or deceive people.
Plans and billing
We offer a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and changes apply going forward.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content you add to train your agent. You grant us the permissions we need to host and process that content to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content and data you provide.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service.
AI-generated output
The agent generates responses using AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you configure the agent and for reviewing its output where it matters. We do not guarantee that responses will be error free, and the service is not a substitute for professional advice.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party tools such as Shopify and Calendly. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that agent responses will be error free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
