This Privacy Policy explains how YourSaleMate ("we", "us"), based in Pakistan [registered address], collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website and use our product. For personal data we process on behalf of our business customers, our Data Processing Addendum also applies.
Who we are
YourSaleMate provides a 24/7 AI agent that answers questions, recommends products, captures leads, and books meetings on our customers' websites. We act as the data controller for our own account holders and website visitors, and as a processor for the visitor data handled by our customers' agents.
Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, and account details.
- Content you add to train your agent, such as website links, documents, and Q&A pairs.
- Conversations handled by your agent, including messages and any details visitors share.
- Usage and device information collected automatically, such as pages viewed, browser type, and general location.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the product.
- To generate agent responses and deliver the features you use.
- To train and improve our AI systems (see "AI and your data" below).
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant product news.
AI and your data
Our agent is powered in part by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, which process conversation inputs to generate agent responses. Their use of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy commitments. In addition, we use customer content and conversation data to train and improve our own AI systems. We handle this data under the security and confidentiality commitments in this policy and our DPA. Where applicable, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies or marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
