YourSaleMate is a subscription-based AI customer service platform. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Current Pricing Status

YourSaleMate is currently evolving and certain features may be available at no cost while our paid plans are being finalized.

If and when paid plans are introduced:

  • Pricing details will be clearly displayed on our website before purchase
  • Users will be informed before any charges are applied
  • This Refund Policy may be updated to reflect the applicable subscription terms

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscription purchases.

A full refund is available if the refund request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Refund requests submitted within this period are eligible regardless of:

  • Platform usage
  • Technical issues experienced
  • Billing concerns
  • Service expectations
  • Change of mind

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations (After the Refund Window)

After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are not available in situations including but not limited to:

  • Normal usage of the platform
  • Dissatisfaction related to expected AI behavior or limitations
  • Suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations or external services
  • Variations in AI-generated outputs

AI-generated responses are provided “as is” and may vary in accuracy, relevance, or completeness.

These limitations do not affect refund requests submitted within the initial 14-day refund period.

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions may automatically renew depending on the plan selected.

Refunds are not provided for renewal payments once they have been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Stripe

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment processor’s policies.

We may update this Refund Policy as our platform evolves or pricing structures change.
